Important Update: Change in Summer Vacation Dates for KP Schools
Summer vacations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) schools will now begin on June 12 instead of June 15. This decision was made because the weather has been extremely hot lately. The Chief Minister of KP gave instructions for this change, and the Provincial Adviser for Education of KP, Rehmat Salam Khattak, announced it. Earlier, summer vacations for primary schools in KP started on June 1, 2023. However, the vacations for middle and high schools were originally planned to start on June 15, 2023. But now, due to the recent extremely hot weather, it has been decided to begin the summer vacations for these schools on June 12 instead.
It’s important to note that all public and private schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will remain closed until August 31, 2023. This decision applies to schools of all levels.
