Higher Education System HEC has announced Scholarships for PhD and MS, M.Phil candidates. These HEC Scholarships are awarded to all Pakistan students and AJK also. HEC PhD Scholarship 2021 is being awarded for some selected fields while MS and M.Phil Scholarship 2021 is only for Engineering Technology. Candidates who have done MS / M.Phil / ME 18 years of education can apply for PhD Scholarship HEC 2021. Candidates who passed Master degree in Engineering Technology can apply for MS / Phil HEC Scholarship 2021.
